Our Level 1 classes are for our Beginner and Younger students. We work on the basics of stretch and strength, showing students how to improve both safely and while having fun. The goal is to let them see how enjoyable a time it is to get healthy, building a better relationship with health for years to come. It is a fun hour-long class where our younger students will find their confidence and strength, while having fun with other students on the same journey.
Students in this class are usually in the 5 to 6 year range, although we do allow 4 year old students that can handle an hour-long class to also join us.
Students do not need to be enrolled as Taekwondo students, they can just register for these classes if they would like.
Level 2 classes are for the students around the 7+ year old mark that still want to work on the basics, but also get a nice challenge for their strength and stretching routines. Students in this class range from brand-new beginners, that want to be in classes with other students that are closer in age to them, to students that are still working on their strength, stretch, and tumbling skills.
In this level, we still have a good time but we definitely step up the challenges from the Level 1 classes. Our students further their journey to staying limber and strong, while gaining a better understanding of how to keep getting better, with some new trick thrown in for fun!
Again, students of these classes do not need to be Taekwondo students, although once meeting and working with some Taekwondo students, yours might want to give it a try!
Ok, maybe your student is a little too old for the other levels. Maybe they REALLY want a challenge. Level 3 is the answer.
Our students in Level 3 have been working hard for a while to reach this level. This is the advanced group made specifically for teens and older students; we even invite some younger students that have proven that they can hang with the Level 3 students.
We really step up the strength & stretch training, and deepen their knowledge of gymnastic tumbling tricks!
No matter which level you choose; your student will have a great time, be challenged, but most importantly; improve their stretch, strength, self-confidence, and social skills. Students that take our classes excel in all of their other classes, especially in Taekwondo! Come give us a try!
