We offer a general adult martial arts class that is kind of a little bit of everything – and all of our students LOVE IT. You’ll learn how to practice self defense properly, have a great time with fun-loving people, and break quite a sweat too.
We start with conditioning, move to new skills and drills, and finish by cooling down and recapping.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ) is a slightly different form of martial arts, practiced around the world. A BJJ student will learn more moves on the ground, leveraging their body through physics and motion to strategically fight an attacker that may be bigger and stronger than they are.

Taekwondo
