PSTKD break-A-THON FOR THE TEARS FOUNDATION
SATURDAY, SEPT. 10th 10-AM-12PM
Break-a-Thon is an exciting and action-packed event that raises money for local charities. Students collect sponsorships and use their Taekwondo board breaking skills as their friends and family cheer them on!
About The Tears Foundation
The TEARS Foundation Center for Child Loss in Northborough, Massachusetts, is a comforting space for bereaved families to receive compassionate support following a pregnancy or infant loss. The center includes a resource library and offers meeting space for one-on-one peer companion appointments, remembrance gatherings, sibling events, and volunteer opportunities. The Center is 100% operated by donations and is staffed by trained bereaved parents who are dedicated to helping other families during their time of need.
BREAK-A-THON
Students, friends, and family members will break boards for charity. 100% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to our local chapter of The Tears Foundation. Please take a look at the packages below. More information & registration available at www.premierkick.com/fundraiser
Power Breaking Contest
- 7 & Under Division: Break up to ten 1/4 inch boards at once
- 8-11 Division: Break up to 10 1/2 inch boards at once
- 12+ Division: Break up to 10 1 inch boards at once
*Power breaking lesson from Master Kim included!
Speed Breaking Contest
Ultimate test of speed. Will you be the fastest to break the 10 boards?
Fastest time to break 10 boards (1/4 inch) with:
- Front Kicks
- Spinning Roundhouse kicks
Jumping Front Kick Contest
Who can kick the highest board? Will Master Kim have to break out the ladder for the ultimate winner?
Flying Side Kick Contest
Who can FLY the furthest & break a board? Will anyone beat Goose’s record?
